A guide to our planner inserts
Share
We have designed the printable inserts D1P, W2P, M2P, 2M2P or M1P, 12M1P or 12M2P and 9W2P for you. To enable you to discuss in the planner community like a pro in the future, the following article summarises the most important information for you to succeed.
Finding Your Perfect Fit
Choosing the right layout of your insert is the first step toward your personal "Planner Peace." Whether you are a "Planner Hopper" or looking for a consistent system across ring binder planner and Traveler’s Notebooks, our inserts are designed to provide space, clarity and a professional aesthetic.
D1P | Daily
In our ‘Daily’ D1P stands for ‘Day on 1 page’
The Daily layout is perfect for those high-intensity days where every hour counts. It features a dedicated time scale for appointments, while leaving plenty of room for your to-do list or even daily scripture writing. We have added timescales that vary depending on the size of the insert {TN Passport: 6am-8pm | TN Standard & TN A5: 6am-10pm | Pocket ring binder: 6am-8pm | Personal ring binder: 6am-8pm | A5: 6am-10pm}.
It’s the ultimate choice for on-the-go planning when you need to focus on one day at a time without distractions.
W2P | Weekly
In our ‘Weekly’ W2P stands for ‘Week on 2 pages’
This is our most popular layout for a reason. It gives you a complete overview of your week across two pages, with Monday through Wednesday on the left and Thursday through Sunday on the right. We’ve designed it with a clean, "Cosmic/Raspberry", "Ming/Blue" or “Black & White” color scheme that looks professional and sophisticated.
Pure functional elegance that works perfectly in both ring binder planners and Traveler’s Notebooks.
M2P | Monthly
In our ‘Monthly’ M2P stands for ‘Month on 2 pages’
For a "birds-eye view" of your life, the Month on 2 Pages is essential. Each day has its own box, allowing you to track major deadlines, family events and bank holidays at a glance. Many of our customers use this as their primary tracking tool for habits or reading progress, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
2M2P or M1P | Future log
In our ‘Future log’ 2M2P stands for ‘2 months on 2 pages’ & M1P for ‘Month on 1 page’
Planning ahead shouldn’t be stressful. Our Future Log {available as a Month on 1 or 2 pages} is designed specifically for birthdays, anniversaries and long-term appointments like dentist visits or school holidays.
It’s the perfect companion for your "Everyday Carry," allowing you to see the months ahead without filling up your current weekly pages.
12M1P or 12M2P | Year at a glance
In our ‘Year at a glance’ 12M1P stands for ‘12 months on 1 page’ & 12M2P for ‘12 months on 2 pages’
The Year at a Glance is your roadmap for the entire year. Whether you prefer it on a single page for a quick check or spread across two for more detail, this layout helps you visualize the quarters and plan for the "big picture."
It’s ideal for marking out vacation blocks or tracking significant milestones throughout the year.
9W2P | 9 weeks on 2 pages
Designed for those who plan in seasons or academic blocks, the 9-week layout provides a unique bridge between a monthly and a weekly view. It’s especially helpful for tracking projects, school terms, or a specific 60-day goal. It allows you to see over two months of progress at once, keeping you motivated and on track without the need to flip between multiple pages.
A Note on Quality
All our inserts are designed to be "fountain pen friendly." We recommend printing on high-quality 120g paper for a sturdy feel that handles ink beautifully, or 80g paper if you prefer a slimmer booklet for your Traveler's Notebook.
But of course, the design is also suitable for any ballpoint pen.
